Appendix-A

The roles outlined on this page represent Dazmii’s standardized definitions used across all service engagements. Each role is defined to ensure consistent expectations, responsibilities, and alignment with our Tiered Service Model.

While the core definitions of these roles are not subject to change, this page may be periodically updated to add clarifying information that enhances service understanding and improves the overall client and team experience.

Tiered Service Model

Dazmii’s Tiered Service Model is a structured approach to service delivery that categorizes roles and responsibilities across four distinct tiers based on complexity, specialization, and oversight. This model ensures efficient task allocation, cost-effective resource use, and high-quality outcomes by aligning the right level of expertise to the appropriate scope of work.

Role Utilization & Budget Alignment

Roles are applied flexibly within an engagement based on task needs and available budget. No fixed allocation or guaranteed usage by tier is implied. Higher tiers are engaged selectively to reduce risk, resolve ambiguity, and maintain execution flow — not to perform routine work.

This model ensures:

  • Efficient use of delivery resources
  • Clear separation between execution and improvement work
  • Predictable operational support
  • Controlled escalation and budget governance

Additional Role Definitions

The following outlines provide standardized descriptions for Dazmii’s tiered roles, supporting clarity in task assignment and service delivery. While key roles are defined herein, this list is not exhaustive. Additional roles may exist or emerge based on evolving business needs, and may be defined separately or aligned with the nearest applicable tier for scope and assignment purposes.

Rate Adjustments

The rates set forth in this Rate Card may be adjusted by Dazmii on an annual basis to account for inflation, market conditions, and changes in operating costs.

Any such adjustment will not exceed 3% per calendar year and will apply prospectively only. No rate increase will apply retroactively to services already performed. Dazmii will provide written notice of any rate adjustment at least thirty (30) days prior to the effective date.

Rate adjustments implemented in accordance with this appendix do not require a change order or amendment to any Statement of Work, provided that services continue to be performed within the approved scope and budget.
